Air Marshal Jasvir Singh Mann Assumes Leadership of Southern Air Command: Air Marshal Jasvir Singh Mann, AVSM, VSM, has assumed charge as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) of the Southern Air Command (SAC) of the Indian Air Force (IAF). He took over the command on 1 July 2026 at the Southern Air Command Headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram.

He received a ceremonial Guard of Honour upon assuming office and succeeded Air Marshal Manish Khanna, who retired on 30 June 2026 after an illustrious career in the Indian Air Force.
