Tamil Nadu Polling Trends Ahead of Government Formation: The final voting data for the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections 2026 revealed strong democratic participation across the State. According to official figures, 4,87,98,833 voters exercised their franchise out of 5,73,43,291 registered voters on April 23, 2026.
Polling took place through 75,064 polling booths spread across urban and rural constituencies. The overall voter turnout stood at 85.10% approximately, showing sustained public engagement in the electoral process.
