The inaugural edition was graced by the Vice President of India, alongside the Chief Ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Senior dignitaries such as Justice N. V. Ramana and Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu highlighted the transformative institutions built by Ramoji Rao, especially in media and education. Their remarks underscored the impact of his vision on generations of Indians.
Preserving Language Through the Ramoji Dictionary
A major highlight was the launch of the Ramoji Dictionary, a linguistic initiative inspired by Ramoji Rao’s commitment to knowledge dissemination. The English-to-Telugu edition was released by Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu, while Justice N. V. Ramana unveiled the Telugu-to-Telugu edition.

Shri Srikanth Bolla, founder of Bollant Industries, received the Youth Icon Award. Despite being visually impaired, he built an enterprise that empowers persons with disabilities.

Prof. Madhavi Latha Gali received recognition for her contribution to geotechnical engineering, including work on the Chenab Railway Bridge.
