Thailand’s BRICS Ambition and India’s Strategic Role: Thailand has formally expressed its ambition to join BRICS, marking a significant shift in its global engagement priorities. The intent was highlighted during Thailand’s National Day reception in New Delhi, where the country underlined its vision for inclusive multilateralism. Thai Ambassador Chavanart Thangsumphant stressed that the grouping represents a pathway toward more equitable global governance.
