PANKHUDI Portal and Integrated Support for Women and Children: The Government of India continues to prioritise the welfare, protection, and empowerment of women and children as a core governance objective. In this direction, the PANKHUDI Portal was launched on 8 January 2026 by Union Minister Annpurna Devi under the Ministry of Women and Child Development.

The portal is designed as a national digital coordination platform to strengthen collaboration between the government, citizens, NGOs, corporates, and other stakeholders. It marks a shift towards technology-driven social sector governance.
