A Cultural Bridge Between Kashi and Tamil Nadu
Kashi Tamil Sangamam 3.0: Celebrating Civilisational Unity Through Culture: The Kashi Tamil Sangamam (KTS) 3.0, scheduled from 15th to 24th February 2025 in Varanasi, marks the third chapter in a historic celebration of civilisational ties between Tamil Nadu and Kashi. Organised by the Ministry of Education in association with several central ministries and the Uttar Pradesh Government, the event represents a blend of devotion, knowledge, and national integration. This year’s edition holds extra significance, following the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, further tying cultural reverence with national unity.
Voices from Across Tamil Nadu
KTS 3.0 will host around 1,000 delegates from Tamil Nadu, including students, artisans, teachers, professionals, and women leaders. Additionally, 200 Tamil-origin students from universities across India will join, making it a truly pan-Indian cultural dialogue. The objective is to ensure that language, legacy, and lived experiences come together in one powerful platform that fosters emotional and intellectual exchange.

The festival will showcase:
- Exhibitions on Sage Agasthyar and the roots of Tamil-Sanskrit connections
