India’s MAHA-MedTech Mission Boosts Domestic Medical Innovation: The Mission for Advancement in High-Impact Areas (MAHA) – MedTech Mission was launched jointly by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), and the Gates Foundation. The initiative marks a major step in promoting medical technology innovation within India and reducing dependence on expensive imports.
