Challenges and Feedback
Despite its promising features, users have reported several issues, including:
- Inability to book return train tickets
- Absence of the green metro line in the app
- Geo-location errors preventing ticket booking from within stations
- Lack of conductor awareness regarding the app’s functionality
- Incorrect arrival updates and bus bunching
CUMTA officials have acknowledged these concerns and are working on implementing fixes, such as introducing season passes and improving last-mile connectivity.
