Sunil Gavaskar Bronze Statue Unveiled at Wankhede: A bronze statue of Sunil Gavaskar, one of India’s most celebrated cricketers, was unveiled at the historic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The initiative was led by the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) as a tribute to his monumental contribution to Indian cricket. Gavaskar, also known as the Little Master, was the first cricketer to score 10,000 runs in Test cricket.
